Straight answers
How long does a boiler installation take?
A straight swap is usually one day. Changing boiler type, moving the boiler or adding a cylinder can take two to three days.
What warranty do I get?
Selected boilers come with up to 10 years' manufacturer warranty. We register it for you as part of the installation.
Do I need a power flush?
Not always. If the system is heavily sludged we'll tell you and explain why — and if it isn't needed, we won't sell it to you.
Is the installation certified?
Yes. Work is carried out under our Gas Safe registration (543556) and notified as required.
Can you fit a boiler I've bought myself?
